What are the terms and conditions of the Impact Circle?
  • Annual Impact Circle subscriptions are billed monthly, with an initial commitment of one year. Ongoing monthly charges will occur until you cancel them. You may cancel at any time after the first year by returning to this page and clicking to cancel as noted below. There are no refunds for any reason.
  • Allowing friends/family/colleagues to access one’s membership account or any online meeting links will result in revocation of membership without refund.
  • While an Impact Circle subscription entitles you to view or listen to certain webinars or meetings, it does not guarantee that your question will be asked. In all cases, the opinions expressed by the expert hosts should not be interpreted as medical advice, but rather simply reflect the experience of these expert clinicians in treating similar cases or encountering similar situations in the past. Each patient’s case is unique and the expert hosts do not have the ability to examine the patient nor confirm the accuracy of the clinical information, thus cannot and will not make specific treatment recommendations on any patient’s case but instead provide more general information based upon clinical experience.
  • Any type of bullying or harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will lead to immediate revocation of one’s subscription.
  • We value your thoughts and contributions and will periodically ask for your feedback on our initiatives and how we can best serve our community.
  • Clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals are ineligible to join the Neuroimmune Empowerment Network and must join the Clinician Impact Circle. There are no exceptions for any reason. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the accessibility of subscription rates for patients and family members without a medical background. While we acknowledge that many clinicians may also be patients or family members, the only acceptable membership in such cases is the Clinician Impact Circle. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. There are no refunds for any reason, including in cases where clinicians erroneously sign up for the Neuroimmune Empowerment Network.
  • While attendance at CME events is permitted with the Neuroimmune Empowerment Network, CME credit is not permitted. Individuals who submit CME evaluations with the Neuroimmune Empowerment Network subscription will be invoiced the full amount of the event per the Clinician Impact Circle terms.
  • By submitting your first payment and agreeing to an account, you are agreeing to these terms. There are no refunds. If your card fails, you will receive an email from Stripe notifying you of this and you’ll be able to enter a new card. If you do not update your payment within one week from the failure, your membership will be revoked, you will be un-registered for upcoming events, and you will no longer be eligible for any discounts (including the conference). Reinstatement with a service fee will be permitted, but the ineligibility for the conference discount will remain in place unless the payments are reinstated within one week.
  • If you are unsure of whether or not your payment went through, please email us at conference@neuroimmuneinstitute.org. Please do *not* sign up a second time if you’re unsure. We can stop double payments upon notification of a mistaken second payment, but we cannot issue a refund. Double payments will count towards your 12 payment minimum, allowing you to stop prior to one year if you’ve mistakenly entered double payments.
What are the terms and conditions of conference registrations?
  • There are no refunds for any reason.
  • If you are unsure of whether or not your payment went through, please email us at conference@neuroimmuneinstitute.org. Please do *not* register a second time if you’re unsure. Receipts do not always promptly remit from Stripe and may end up in your spam folder. Zoom links are not sent until May. Please check your own debit/credit card online prior to emailing us to ask if your payment went through.
  • If you are an Impact Circle Member who signs up for discounted conference registration and your card fails, you will receive an email from Stripe notifying you of this and you’ll be able to enter a new card. If you do not update your payment within one week from the failure, your membership will be revoked, you will be un-registered for upcoming events, and you will no longer be eligible for any discounts (including the conference). Reinstatement with a service fee of $35 will be permitted, but the ineligibility for the conference discount will remain in place unless the payments are reinstated within one week.
  • If your card fails after you have purchased the conference and before you’ve fulfilled the Terms and Conditions of your subscription and you owe a balance on your membership and have failed to enter the updated card, your conference fees will be applied to the remainder or your membership balance after one week. To maintain discounted 2026 Inflammatory Brain Disorders Conference registration, membership must be kept current through the dates of conference. Individuals who cancel their membership prior to the conference either by choice or by repeated bounced payments will have their conference registration canceled and will incur a $35 service fee. Individuals who cancel prior to fulfilling the 12 month service term will have their conference registration fees applied to their outstanding balance.

  • Assuming you have fulfilled the terms and conditions (please note that you agreed prior to purchase of your membership to a 12 month subscription in three places on the check out screen), your cancellation will be processed right away. If you have not yet fulfilled the terms and conditions, your cancellation will be processed at the time of your final payment.
